I always had a pleasure for baking and was looking for a course in chennai. After a lot research I came to know about Food Consulate. I am really happy & satisfied after completion of the course. I learnt from basics of baking to advanced leel. 

Now, I am confident of baking whatever I learnt during the course. Macrons being one of the hardest bakes I am able to bake it easily. 

All thanks to the chefs who taught me. The chefs are so friendly and explain & clear allthe dounts. 

Thankful to chef Asma for taking so much effort & conducting these classes, Chef Shuhaib was our trainers and he is so experienced & knowledgable. 

Thank you Food Consulate. Will really miss attending the classes. Hoping we all willbe successful in baking & make our institute proud. 

I haev a suggestion for the course. If more theory concepts are included & the syllabus from the text book is covered it would be more informative to the students.

 Also if we have the same chef taking all classes it wold be nice. Thank you.

The Program has been incredibly rewarding. 

The comprehensive curriculam has covered everything from basic techniques to advanced culinary skills, giving me a well-rounded understaing of the field.

It is important to mention that the instructors were knowledgeable and passionate about their subjects. 

Overall I am very satisfied with the diploma program and feel well-prepared for a career in the culinary arts.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for making the past 5 months of the patisserie diploma course so enjoable..while the course have been rewarding, there are a few areas for improvement.

Some classes felt a bit rushed, so having more  time to practice specific skills would be helpful. More online resources, like videos or additional learning outside of class.

Despite these challenges, the chefs teaching methods were excellent. Each of them has brought a unique perspective and teaching style to the classes, making them engaging & interactive.

I have learned so much from all of them and I deeply appreciate the time and effort they have put into guiding us through the course.

The course modules  have been comprehensive, covering a wide range of topics that have helped me broaden my understanding of booking.

My heartfelt gratitude for the incredible experience I had during the diploma in baking & pastisserie course. The curriculam  was comprehensive, covering both the foundational techniques and the tiner points of french baking which has significiantly enhanced my skills and confidence in the kitchen. The chefs who trained us were not only knowledgeable but also passionate & supportiv, making each class inspiring. Th hands on approach is attention to every details was very rewarding. Thankyou for such a transformative experience.

I have so many experiential learning to take away from here. The chef’s are great and guided us throughout the course. I have learned from basicto advanced desserts in a right manner & atmosphere. The theory part could have been better. It could include more information oriented tothe exam as well. The entire course was planned and prepared very ricely. All the recipe and recipe book was really helpful. Ihad a great experience here. I like to work professionally and this course is all about that.
